hello blogworld! i have plateaued. i've been at 228-230 since... around start of may. *sigh* and NO i havent really been putting in as much effort as i could to break it. ive stopped tracking my food, i use the elevator and not the stairs, i cab to work rather than walk, im not drinking as much water as i used to... but i do use a step dvd 4 times a week or so... though not for the last 3 days... (blush).
i will find my way. i will break this. i havent failed, im just stalled.
commence to un-stalling.... now!
